Bang Khun Thian District Museum

The museum has an interesting exhibition mostly about important temples in the district.

Bang Khunthien museum was established as a learning centre of Bang Khunthien’s history, culture and knowledge. It is in Klong Pitthayalongkorn School, in Tha Kham, Bang Khunthien. It exhibitis history, arts, literature, and lifestyle of local people e.g. agriculture-based lifestyle and tools used by the locals, which are mostly from donation. Bang Khunthien was also part of the routes used by important figures in the history e.g. King Taksin, Sunthornphu, and King Rama III. Apart from that, there is also a mangrove learning centre nearby, where you can rent a bike and do a bike tour around.
