If you love the vibrant colour of Adenium (Chuanchom in Thai), you will love Chuanchompreecha Park. This park is a home to various kinds of Adenium from Thailand and foreign countries. It covers an area of approximately 90 rais. Since Adenium is a plant that can survive even in dry weather, it is alternatively called “Desert Rose”. Meanwhile, the Chinese call it “Pu Gui Huay”, which means the flower of weath. The flower of Adenium has abobioside and echubioside in its latex which could irritate skin and cause rashes. So you can to be careful not to touch the latex. Adenium was first discovered in Thailand by a German botanist during the reign of King Rama VI. Tourists can come to Chuanchompreecha Park, not only to enjoy the sight of beautiful Adenium flowers, but also to watch a demonstration of Adenium plant propagation and to buy plants back home.
