Anek Farm Thung Ang Thong Floating Market was initiated by Mr. Anek Sikhiaosot, an outstanding national farmer in the animal husbandry field, President of the Association of Advance Occupational Leaders, Central Region, and the owner of the Anek Quail Farm, which is the center of production/trading of processed products from quails. Having awareness of the community and social responsibilities, Mr. Anek opened the Floating Market to be a food center and a source of good quality products, as well as the OTOP center of Ang Thong province, including a place to preserve folk art and culture by organizing local cultural performances and others on the weekends and public holidays.
