Thung Yai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary

Pang, Tak province. The area is hill country with high mountains and low valleys. Kao Yai is the highest mountain located in the centre of the area. It contains various water spring and lush vegetation, and many species of wild animals

This is a famous conservation and registered as Natural Heritage by UNESCO. The area is 800-1,200 metres above the sea level. Thung Yai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary is the place where many water springs that is feeding rivers in the area started and inside there are many rare wild animals.
