Chiang Rai Clock Tower

It is located in the tra c circle of Banpha Prakan Road, Suk Sathit Road, and Chet Yot Road. With the support of the Chiang Rai Municipality and designed by Achan Chalermchai Kositpipat – a National Artist – this is one of the most beautiful clock towers in Thailand that was built in 2005 to honour Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. There is a 5-minute light and sound display at this golden clock tower every night at 7.00 p.m., 8.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.
