Ton Nga Chang Waterfall

It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the southern Thailand and Songkhla province. It has 7 levels. The most beautiful level is the third level called Ton Ngachang as the stream separated into two, resembling a pair of elephant’s tusks. The waterfall is in the area of Ton Nga Chang Wildlife Sanctuary. Accommodations are all prepared for tourists. To see every level, you have to walk for more than 1 km. Each level has different names.1.Ton Ba-Not far away from the parking area. Not suitable for relaxing in the water as it has only stream, not pond.2.Ton Pliew-200m far from the first level. It is a pond, suitable for playing. The stream falls from 20m high cliff. The two streams meet at the pond. Easy to reach.3.3. Ton Nga Chang-The most beautiful level. Must not miss. 15min walk from the second level. The route is quite steep. In the pond, there is a big rock at the center. You can see the scenery below by sitting on the rock as this level is high.4.Ton Dam-700m. high5.Ton Nam Ploi-1050m high6.Ton Rue Si Koi Bo-1300m high7.Ton Med Chun-1550m. highGetting thereBy car, from HadYai, Songkhla province, take the Phetkasem Rd. (HadYai-Ratphum), turn left at km.13 to the Ton Nga Chang Wildlife Sanctuary and continue for about 13km. The total distance is 26km.
