Huai Ta Kao Reservoir

Situated in the area of the HuaiThapthan-HuaiSamran Wildlife Sanctuary, the Reservoir was constructed by Japanese government and given to Thailand in 1982. It is a source of water that feed the people in Amphoe Kap Chueng. A reservoir covers an area about 2.26 square kilometers with the rainfall capacity area of about 34.06 square kilometers above the reservoir that can contain water for irrigation all-year round. Tourists can enjoy the shady atmosphere and swimming. Local restaurants in a raft house style are available.
