Phra That Si Mongkhon

Phra That Si Mongkhon, a pagoda (or stupa), is located inside a temple named Wat Phra That Si Mongkhon in Tambon Ban That. The religious structure, which has a square base, is decorated with terra cotta depicting the history of the Lord Buddha. It was once only a laterite pagoda, but was renovated and turned into its present state.This pagoda is considered the sacred icon of the local district, Amphoe Waritchaphum.To get there, take Phang Khon-Waritchaphum Road. The temple is 200 meters from the Amphoe Waritchaphum district office.
