Prang Ku Suan Taeng

“Ku” literally means prang or castle in Isan language. Ku Suan Taeng has the same structure as Prasat Hin Phanom Rung and Prasat Hin Muangtam. It consists of three brick pagodas on a single laterite base facing the East with no gopura, entrance, low wall surrounding a pagoda or cloister. At the front appears the บรรณัน ,made of laterite, and a pool. Fine Art Department registered this place as a historical building in total covering 5rai 2ngan 42square wah.Ku Suan Taeng is date back to the B.E.17 as the lintels show the same artistic designs as those found in the Angkor Wat-style.
