Sai Thong National Park

The Sai Thong national park covers approximately 34,000 acres of Phang Hoei mountain range. The park headquarters is at Tambon Wang Takhe. The most important attraction at the park is Sai Thong Waterfall, located approximately 1 kilometre from the park office. There, a stream cascades down rocks from a height of about 100 metres from top to bottom. There is also a large field of Dok Krachiao (a pretty jungle flower) that rivals the flowers at Pa Hin Ngam in Amphoe Thep Sathit. The field can be reached only on foot and visitors are advised to stay overnight. To get to the park, take the Chaiyaphum-Nakhon Sawan road (Highway No. 225) to Km. 121-122. Turn right and drive for 7 kilometres. Admission fee is 200 bath for adults and 100 bath for children. For more information, please contact the Sai Thong National Park at P.O.
