Fort Chulachomklao

Phra Chulachomklao Fort is located on the river mouth of the Chao Phraya River in Tambon Laem Fa Pha, Phra Samut Chedi District, Samut Prakan. It was built in the reign of King Rama V to protect the country from an invasion of European countries during the time of colonisation. This fort was used to fight against the enemies in The Franco-Siamese War in 1893 when Kingdom of Siam was facing the invasion of two powerful countries; England and France.
