The Bee Conservation Centre

The Bee Conservation Centre or Pattana-Nikom Bee Farm is a main hub for spreading information on Beekeeping and Species of Bees in Thailand. The centre is located on 24 Sai-Tree Moo9 Sub-district Pattana-Nikom, District of Pattana-Nikom, Lopburi. The owner of this farm is Uncle Sa-ard Sipun who is one of Thailands’ famous guru in beekeeping. Thos convention centre is also known as “Uncle Sa-ard’s Bee Farm”When arriving at this centre, you will be aroused by the many species of Bees, which are kept in wooden boxes. Besides there will be the explaining of various stages in beekeeping such as picking an ideal location, the process of moving and keeping the bees and how honey is preserved. Before leaving you are welcome to purchase different types of natural honey such as Honey from Sunflower or Honey in its natural combs. Other than the above, there are also other honey products like Royal Jelly, fresh bee pollen and processed products; Royal Jelly creams, dried bee pollen, bees wax candle, bees wax and glue.Directions: From Lopburi City to the Bee Conservation Centre take routes Lopburi -Koktoom -Pattana-Nikom (Highway 3017).
