It is located approximately 12 kilometers towards the North following Pahonyothin Road from Amphoe Muang. It is in Tambon Khao Pra Ngam. Wat Khao Pra Ngam was formerly abandoned. It is unknown when it was built.

Wat Siri Chanthon Nimit Worawihan or commonly known as Wat Khao Pra Ngam. The temple area is surrounded by forest which covers 158,400 square meters. It was formerly abandoned. Many archaeological sites and antiquities are found in this area such as ancient stupa on the hill and remains of the wall that assumed to be built in 557. There is also footprint of Buddha, huge Buddha statue named Pra Phuttha Pathiphak Matthayom Phutthakan that can be seen from distant.
