Mekong Scenic Point

Amphoe Chanuman covers an about 38- kilometre border area along the Mekong River, which is a breathtaking scenic route of both Amnat Charoen 15 sides of the Mekong River. Especially, at the front of the Chanuman Subdistrict Municipality Office, there is a long frontage road for admiring this spectacular view and for relaxing. In the dry season between February – May, Don Chanot, a large islet in the middle of the River including other islets can be clearly seen.
