Phra That Rueang Rong

Situated at Ban Sang Rueang, Tambon Yaplong, this temple is a graceful blend of architectural styles from four ethnic groups in the lower Northeastern region. They include Lao, Suai, Khmer and Yoe styles.The six-storey stupa (Phra That) is a total of 49 meters tall. Its ground floor is used for religious rites, while a museum occupies the first and second floors. The third floor is an image hall; a meditation room occupies the fourth floor.
