Tham Phet Pho Tong

Tham Phet Pho Tong is a cave featuring beautiful talagmites and stalactites and interesting landscapes. It is simply divided into four zones. First is the mouth of the cave which takes on a spacious oval area naturally decorated with white rocks; the second zone descends from the tunnel to a large hall where the sun shines through; the third zone is called “the pearl hall” where stalagmites and stalactites glittered again the light; and the fourth zone is where creamy stones and stalagmites forms interesting shapes with a Buddhist-image-like stalagmite resting as its highlight. Upon arriving at the cave, visitors can also enjoy trekking through the lush Chan Pa forest preserved by the villagers.Getting there: The cave is located near Tham Hat Sai Kaeo in Ban Khao Lueam in Amphoe Klong Had.
